Molokini, snorkeling

 Todays adventure was a snorkeling trip.  We went to Molokini.  It is the very top of an old volcano that just barely made it out of the water before it went dormant.  There are only 3 of these in the world.  There is a channel on either side of it and that keeps the water super clean.  Visibility is something like 300 feet.

Here is Gentry in her wet suit.  The water was a little cold because of the channels.  She has her water camera and is ready to rock and roll.

Gentry was given a buggy board with a porthole so she could see into the water.  It worked out really well for us.  She was able to see all the fishes and the whole family could hang out in the water.  She was hesitant at first, but started having a fun time looking for fish.

You can see how clear the water is.  The fish in the background are a good ways off.

Dinner was in a diner on the ship.  Gentry liked eating there, she got to sit in the car every time.
